Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe

It looks burned, but it is not! This is a very moist chocolate temptation!

This recipe is the one to impress! Everyone is going to make side-eyes to your cake! But let them try it! Just let them! 

This is the moistest chocolate cake we ever tried! It's super-rich in flavor and will win everyone at the table!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe - The2Planners

Ingredients:

4 Eggs
650g Zucchini
350g Granulated Sugar
30g Light Brown Sugar
⅓ Cup Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Flavor
250g Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Baking Powder
75g Cocoa Powder (+ to grease the pan)
½ tbsp Espresso Powder
 Butter (to grease the pan)

Recipe:

1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC | 356ºF.

2. Grate the Zucchini.

3. Place the Zucchini in a wide bowl, and add the sugars, eggs and beat well. Add the vanilla, coffee, coconut oil and beat well for a few minutes.

4. Add the sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

5. Grease a cake pan with butter and then with cocoa powder.

6. Bake for about 50 min.
